Ingredients

1TablespoonFlour, Wheat - (Atta) 
50GrammesJaggery 
1TeacupMilk 
1TablespoonRagi/Nathnopowder
1PinchSalt 
1.5TeacupWater 

Method

  • Put 1 heaped tablespoon of Nathno (Rye) powder, and one tablespoon of wheat flour, pinch of salt, one bit jaggery to taste, and 2 teacups water, and mix it and cook it. 
  • After cooking, add milk to a consistency to your taste.
