Method:
Take a vessel, which can hold about half a kilogram of Soji. Pour ghee, and heat it. Fry the other ingredients, and add the Soji. You may need a little water for the Soji to cook. In the end, add the scraped coconut. Add salt to taste. Always taste, but taking a little of the contents, in a saucer. Modify, the contents, by adjusting the quantity of the ingredients. When all is fine, put of the fire.
