Method
Pick and wash currants,, stone the raisins and wash. Pour boiling water on almonds, peel and slice thin. Wipe dry, and dip in dry flour. Sift the flour and the Rava. Stir butter and sugar well. Beat the yolks and add to the mixture. Stirring well together. Now add the flour to the mixture, little at a time and stir, then put in the currants, almonds, etc. Lastly the whites of the eggs beaten stiffly, mix all together and line a baking tin with butter paper, and pour the mixture about three fourth of the tin.
