8-10NosCurry LeavesWash and mince
1/2TeaspoonDhal, ChanaRast and Powder
1/2TeaspoonDhal, Urid (white)Rast and Powder
1/4TeacupOnionsChopped
 As RequiredSaltto taste
1TeacupTomato JuiceChopped
1/4TeaspoonTurmeric Powder 

Method

Wash the tomatoes, green chillies and onions. Chop the tomatoes, green chillies and onions and keep aside.
Roast the Dhals and pound them to a coarse powder.
Wash and cut the curry leaves into smaller bits.
Mix the turmeric powder with the Dhals and fry in cooking oil and add the tomatoes, chillies and onions and fry till they get cooked.
Add salt to taste.
