Jack Fruit Pudding

Ingredients

Quantity Measure  Ingredients  Description
3 - 4 Slices Bread, White For the mixture.
2 Tablespoon Butter For the mixture.
3 Nos Eggs For the mixture.
12 Medium Jack Fruit Seeds with pulp
1 Teacup Milk For the mixture.
1 Pinch Nutmeg, Grated For the mixture.
4 Tablespoon Sugar For the mixture.

Method

Remove the pulp of 12 seeds of a ripe jackfruit. Cut them in thin long strips. Take 3-4 slices of bread, remove the crust and mash them with the jackfruit. Break three eggs and add the contents into the mash. Add 2 tablespoon butter, and 1 cup milk, 4 tablespoons sugar, 1 pinch grated nutmeg, and mix all of these together to forma a good blend. In a buttered dish, spread the mixture, and steam it or bake it for 1 hour till it becomes firm.
