Ingredients

450GrammesPotatoesBoil potatoes and mash them
450GrammesSugarAdd sugar to the mixture
1TeaspoonVanilla EssenceAdd for flavor.

Method

Boil potatoes and mash them and keep aside; add sugar little at a time, then add flour and lastly the eggs yolks. Extract one cup of thick juice and a little thin juice. Let the mixture consistency be such as it can be poured. In a vessel add the ghee and pour the mixture and let it remain on the fire for five to seven minutes. When quite firm, keep on slow fire, cover the vessel with a lid and put coals on top and let it bake.

Alternately you may bake the mixture in a microwave oven till the mixture is cooked and set
