Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description
115 Grammes Butter  
55 Grammes Cornflakes  
1 Nos Eggs  
150 Grammes Flour, Maida or Corn flour
1 Nos Lime (fresh)  
A Little Lime Juice  
325 Fahrenheit Oven Temperature  
85 Grammes Sugar  
A Little Vanilla Essence  

Method

Sieve the flour. Cream the butter and sugar, till you get a light. Add the egg, and blend it. Add a little lime juice and essence, and blend. Then add the flour and mix to get a dough. Make fifteen portions, and roll them in crushed Cornflakes, and bake them in 325 f oven for 30 minutes.
