Apply a little ghee to the palms of your hands and then make balls of potato mash. Depress the middle of the ball with the thumb and form a hollow in which place the egg mixture. Top it up with some potato mash and close it to form a round cutlet. Sprinkle bread crumbs, apply some beaten egg or some flour batter on the surface, and fry in a flat frying pan with sufficient cooking oil.
