| 2 | Nos | Eggs | Break, beat whites first , then yolks. |
| 1/2 | Teaspoon | Nutmeg powder | Mix with beaten eggs. |
| 1 | Tablespoon | Sugar | Mix with beaten eggs. |
Method
Break two eggs, and remove yolks aside, and then beat the whites to a good froth. Add the yolks and continue beating till both have mixed well. Add brandy, sugar and nutmeg powder, and beat a little more, serve immediately.
A nourishing beverage suitable for invalids.
