Curry Powder for Vegetables and Fish

Ingredients

 
Quantity: Measure: Ingredients:
100 Grammes Chillies Red Bedki (short variety)
25 Grammes Turmeric/Haldi
25 Grammes Mustard Seed
50 Grammes Jeera/Cumin Seeds
200 Grammes Coriander/Dhania
1 Tablespoon Teel. (Sesame Seeds)
1 Tablespoon Dhal, Chana

Method

Broil each ingredient separately    Powder together.    Can be used with Vegetable Fugath (dry dish), curries, etc.  1 teaspoon for half kg vegetables or fish.   For curries, add coconut juice.
