Plum Stuffing

Ingredients

Quantity Measure  Ingredients Description
1 Teaspoon Garam-Masala Mix
2 Tablespoon Ghee For Frying.
A Few Mint Leaves (Pudina) Mince
1 Medium Onion Mince
1 Teaspoon Pepper Powder Mix
1/2 Teacup Plums Clean, wash and fry.
1 Tablespoon Sugar Mix
1 Medium Tomatoes Mince

Method

Mince tomatoes, onions, mint leaves. Clean and wash plums. Heat ghee and add plums, when they are swollen, remove them, then fry and soften the onions in the same ghee add to it the tomatoes, salt and sugar. Stir and keep down from the fire. Add the plums and mix well.
