Method
Cut the meat into square pieces. Keep mutton fat in a vessel, on the fire, when hot, put meat and allow to cook in its own gravy till it is brown. Then add sliced ginger, hot water till the meat is immersed. Cook for one hour then add sugar, salt and vegetables till vegetables are soft.
