Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description
2 Tablespoon Capsicum Paste Green capsicums
300 Grammes Chicken 4 Pieces of 75 gm each
1 Tablespoon Chilly Paste (green)  
25 Ml. Cooking Oil  
50 Grammes Curds  
1 Tablespoon Garam-Masala Powder
15 Grammes Ginger Garlic Paste  
Some Bunch Ginger Juliennes Juliennes are vegetables, etc. cut in thin strips of approx

Method

Mix together all the ingredients and keep aside for at least 3hrs. grill chicken on hot charcoal or grill till tender and golden brown. garnish with ginger juliennes and serve hot.
