Method
Cut the chicken into pieces suitable for frying. Boil the chops in salted water until tender. After they are cooked, take the pieces out of the water, and drain all the water and dab dry. Squeeze some lime juice on the pieces.
Mix the minced masala: garlic, ginger, green chillies, pepper corns, pinch of salt, with the meat pieces, and roll the chops in powdered butter biscuits or bread crumbs.
Dip the rolled meat pieces in beaten egg, and fry in a deep pan, with ghee.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
