| 1 | Tablespoon | Tamarind Pulp | Soak tamarind in water and extrat juice |
Method
Soak the rice and dal together over night and grind together with all of the other ingredients to make a thick Dosa batter, using water as needed.Cover and let ferment in a warm place for 5-6 hrs. The batter should be ready, make the dosas on a hot tawa & serve with your favorite chutneys.
