Method
Clean and cut the fish into small pieces. The fish should be without bones. Sprinkle over it salt, pepper and turmeric powder and keep it for a while then boil in a little water or steam it.
Peel the cucumber and cut into think round slices, sprinkle a little salt..
Slice the onions, tomatoes, green chillies, and ginger and cut fine coriander leaves.
In a salad dish arrange layer of onion slices and sprinkle salt and vinegar then spread sliced green chillies and ginger, then arrange alternately a layer of fish pieces, cucumber slices and tomato slices.
Repeat the same till all the quantity is arranged.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves, or with some mayonnaise.
