Method
Boil the potatoes, peel them and make round thin slices. Peel the onions and make thin round slices. Make a topping of oil, vinegar, cream and spice powders, salt and sugar. Mix the slices of potatoes nad onions in the topping and lay in a salad bowl to serve.
Can add garnishing of parsley or coriander leaves.
