Method:
Grind the masala, leaving out the ghee. Make a paste in 2 cups of water, by using some water to grind, and the rest of it, to wash the grinder. Boil for an hour. Add a little water to get the sauce consistency you want.
In a sauce pan, put the ghee, and fry some crushed garlic, and then add the sauce. This sauce is for temporary use.
