| 2 | Teacup | Milk |
| 4 | Tablespoon | Sugar |
| 2 | Tablespoon | Butter |
| 1 | Tablespoon | Flour, Maida - (American Pillsbury) |
Method
Start by mixing the flour with a little milk and form a paste. Then add the rest of the milk and mix well. Beat the butter and sugar well and add it to the milk.
Keep on fire stirring all the time, till the mixture thickens.
Keep down and let it cool. Squeeze the juice of one lime, and the juice of 2 oranges, and mix it with the milk mixture and stir to blend.
