Method
Grind to paste: 8 peppercorns, 6 red chillies, 1 tsp cumin, 1 inch ginger, 8 garlic flakes
apply turmeric and salt to prawns and potatoes. Fry. Remove. Brown onions, add spices. Fry. Add masala paste. Fry. Add tomatoes, vinegar, prawns and potatoes. Simmer. After 5 minutes, add brandy. Remove from heat.
