Tuna Fish Salad

Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description
6 Nos Chillies, Green To be fried
1 Teaspoon Chilly Powder, Red To be fried
5 Tablespoon Cooking Oil  
1 Teaspoon Garam-Masala To be fried
5 Flakes Garlic To be fried
1 Piece Ginger To be fried
2 Nos Onions To be fried
1 Teaspoon Pepper Powder To be fried
1 Teaspoon Salt To be fried
1 Kilogram Shark (Moosi) Remove bone, and separate the flakes.
3 Tablespoon Vinegar To be fried

Method

Boil the cut pieces of the Shark, previously cleaned and washed. When cooked, remove the fish from the water and keep aside. When cooled, remove the bones, and separate the flakes and keep aside.

Mince the green chillies and the other ingredients to be minced.

In a handi, put the cooking oil and heat it, and then fry the onions, and other minced masala. Add to it the masala powders. You can now add the fish and cook frying it with the masala Put the vinegar and blend while mixing all the time. .

Now taste. Add salt and vinegar as needed. Can be used as sandwich spread.
