Fish Curry with Coconut

 Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description
6 Nos Sardines  
Half Nos Coconut - fresh. For grinding
2 Teaspoon Chilly Powder, Red For grinding
1 Teaspoon Coriander/Dhania For grinding
Half Teaspoon Jeera/Cumin Seeds For grinding
1 Salt-Spoon Turmeric Powder For grinding
1 Medium Onion For Minced Masala
3 Nos Chillies, Green For Minced Masala
Half Inch Ginger For Minced Masala
3 Flakes Garlic For Minced Masala
1 Salt-Spoon Methi - Fenugreek For grinding
2 Tablespoon Cooking Oil For frying
1 Ball Tamarind For grinding

Method:

Scrape the coconut, and grind it with the other ingredients into a fine paste. 

Prepare the sliced masala of green chillies and onions, and fry in a little oil. 
Fry the ground masala in the same oil, and add a little water to make the curry, and mix a little salt to taste.

When the masala is properly cooked, put the washed and cleaned sardines, in the curry and simmer it for three or four minutes
