1 Teacup Dhal, Masoor Wash
1 Ball Tamarind Soak and remove pulp.
3 Medium Chillies Red Bedki (short variety) Break and fry
4 Flakes/Seeds/Cloves Garlic Crush and fry
1 Medium Onion Slice and fry
1 Tablespoon Cooking Oil For seasoning

Method

Wash the dhal and boil in a pressure cooker. Make seasoning of one sliced onion, crushed garlic and broken red chillies, and add the cooked dhal to it, and add some salt and tamarind pulp to taste.
