Tomato Puree Soup

Ingredients

Quantity: Measure: Ingredients: Description:
400 Grammes Tomatoes  
0.5 Teaspoon Pepper Powder - White  
0.5 Teaspoon Garam-Masala  
2 Medium Onions  
1 Small Ginger piece
2 Tablespoon Ghee  
Half Teaspoon Salt  
5 Teacup Water  
1 Tablespoon Flour, Maida - (American Pillsbury)  

Method

Peel the tomatoes and mash the pulp well. Keep the pulp, water, sliced onions, ginger, jeera smased in a handi on the fire, and boil for half an hour. Strain, rthe tomato puree. Keep ghee in a vessel, and and heat it, and when hot, brown half sliced onion, then sprinkle flour in it. Stir, till the onion turns brown, then add te tomato puree. Stir, and boil well till the fluid is thick. Add pepper powder and salt to taste.
