Macaroni Soup

Ingredients  

 
Quantity: Measure: Ingredients: Description:
1/2 Medium Onion sliced for tempering.
1-2 Tablespoon Ghee for tempering
  As Required Salt to taste
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper Powder for flavoring
2 Teacup Vegetable White Stock  Base
250 Grams Macaroni To be boiled with soup

Method  

In 2 teacups of vegetable stock, boil the macaroni.  Alternatively, you can use vermicelli or pasta.   When the stock is boiling, in a separate vessel, heat ghee, and fry onions, and when brown, add the boiling stock, and sprinkle pepper powder, and add salt to taste.
