Method
Cut and wash the vegetable pieces, and boil in water for about half an hour. Add salt to taste, vinegar or lime juice, and the spice powder. When the vegetables are soft and fully cooked, smash the same into a pulp and continue to boil. Strain the contents in a sieve or muslin cloth.
Season the broth in hot ghee, and sliced onion. Mix milk or coconut juice gradually, and stir. Mix flour. Stir and simmer for a few minutes.
