Vegetable Brown Gravy

Ingredients

Quantity Measure  Ingredient Name Description
  As Required Vegetables, general clean, cut and boil
3 Teacup Vegetable Brown Stock  
1 Medium Chillies Green  
1 Piece Ginger  
1 Teaspoon Garam-Masala  
2 Nos Tomatoes  
a Few Mint Leaves (Pudina)  

Method

Cut the assorted vegetables in small quantities, and clean them and boil in water till they turn soft. Mash the vegetables into a pulp, boil and strain. In a cooking vessel, put some ghee and fry 1 sliced onion, and pour the strained vegetable broth, and add salt, vinegar or lime juice to taste, spice powders and mint leaves etc and cook for a while. Serve hot.
