| 100 | Grammes | Butter |
Method
Dissolve salt in a little water. Knead the flour, butter and sugar into a stiff dough then add baking powder, Caraway seeds and salt water and again knead well.
Keep apart small lumps of dough about the size of a small lime on a flat tin, slight applied with butter.
Bake in a moderate oven.
