| 250 | Grammes | Rava/Soji/"Semolina" |

Method
The sugar needed has to be of the same weight as the scraped coconut.
Pour a cup of water into a vessel add the sugar and keep on fire. When sugar is melted, put it down and let it cool. Then add all the ingredients and keep for a few hours. Make little balls of the mixture and place them on a thali, sprinkled with maida and bake.
