Method
Mix the maida flour with quarter liter milk Add to it sugar and a pinch of salt. A little nutmeg powder can be added for flavor.
Beat the eggs and mix making it a thick batter, adding the remaining milk till you get a medium consistency of thickness.
In a flat non stick frying pan, pour a ladle full of batter and spread it like a pancake. Cover the pan with a lid as it fries.
Turn the pancake and fry it on the other side, and then when done, remove it with a ladle.
