| 200 | Grammes | Almonds |
| 2 | Nos | Coconuts - fresh. |
| 600 | Grammes | Jaggery |
| 2 | Tablespoon | Lime Juice |
Method
Scrape and grind coconut and take about 3 cups of juice. Keep on fire the coconut juice with jaggery and boil for an hour till thick. Add lime juice and almonds previously blanched and ground coarse. Boil again till sticky. When done pour on a buttered dish and flatted t about half inch thick. Cut into squares pieces when slightly cooled.
