Method
Knead the maida flour with a little salt and a little water, Knead the dough until it turns elastic. Roll out the dough on a large surface like a clean table dusted with dry flour. Cut 4 inch diameter circles.
Prepare the stuffing, out of ingredients kept for stuffing Blanch the almonds and dice them. Wash and wipe the plums dry. Roast slightly teel seed and kuskus separately, and mix them with the almonds, plums and sugar and cardamom powder, and warm all slightly stirring well.
Place a little of this stuffing on the center of the circular dough, and press the edges into a semicircular shape. Apply a little moisture of water, to bind the edges, and fry the same, in deep fry pan in plenty of boiling oil.
