Ingredients:

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description
100 Grammes Cashew Nuts or more
125 Grammes Castor Sugar small crystal sugar. Or 110 gr. Icing sugar
2 Nos              Egg Whites         
A Pinch Salt  

Method:

Beat the eggs whites, stiff, with a pinch of salt. Add the sugar gradually, stir in the crushed cashew nuts, and essence and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 to 30 minutes.

350 degrees. F - 182 . C.

Grease and dust the trays with flour and bake in the center of the oven.
