Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients
1.5 Grammes Butter
2 units Coconuts - fresh.
250 Grammes Dhal, Chana (Kabuli chana)
12 units Eggs
1.5 Teacup Rava/Soji/"Semolina"
5 Ml. Rose Water
4.5 Teacup Sugar

Method

Knead yolks with sugar, add Soji, ground coconut and the dhal, ground fine after boiling. Lastly add butter and whites of eggs well beaten. Bake the next morning.
