Cauliflower Fry

Ingredients

Quantity: Measure: Ingredients: Description:
  As Required Bread Crumbs For Rolling
1/2 Nos Cauliflower  
  As Required Chilly Powder, Red For Paste
  As Required Cooking Oil  
500 Grammes Corn Flour For paste
500 Grammes Flour, All Purpose For Paste
  As Required Ginger Garlic Paste For Paste
  As Required Salt to Taste

 

 

Method

1.cut and clean the cauliflower.
2. boil water with salt and add the cauliflower and boil till half cooked.
3.remove the florets from water and drain well.
4.mix all the ingredients mentioned to make paste with water till dropping consistency
5.dip the couliflower in the paste and immediately roll in the bread crumbs.
6.deep fry in the oil till golden brown.
7.serve hot with tomato ketchup.

Tips
1.couliflower should not be cut very small.
2.roll properly in the bread crumbs to give proper coating.
3.you can roll and keep in the refrigerator ahead.
