Potatoes Boiled and Fried

Ingredients

4LargePotatoesBoil, peel and slice
1/2TeaspoonSaltsprinkle
1PinchTurmeric Powdersprinkle

Method

Boil the potatoes, and peel them when they have cooled down, and make thick slices. Spread them in a vessel, and sprinkle salt and turmeric powder so that the slices will appear golden.

In a flat frying pan, put the cooking oil and heat it and then fry the slices till they turn golden brown.
