1, 1/2TeaspoonChaat Masala 
2SmallOnionsCut fine into mince
1TablespoonVinegar 
1Salt-SpoonSaltto taste
1TablespoonCooking Oilfor frying onions
3TablespoonShev - Readymadefor garnishing.

Method:

First sauté the onion ns in hot cooking coil.   Once the onions leave colour, add all the powder masalas, salt to taste and vinegar fry for one minute, and add the uncooked corn and leave it to simmer for five minutes.   Once it is cooked, switch the gas off and when it cools down, add the shev on top as a garnish.
