Method:
Boil the cauliflower with pepper and salt, and prepare a thick batter with gram flour and water and salt to taste. If you want a reddish tinge use, chilly powder, instead of pepper powder.
Remove the cauliflower from the water, and separate the branches and dip each in the gram flour batter, and fry in hot ghee.
