200GrammesCarrotsPared and cut in slices
1TablespoonCooking OilFor seasoning
1TeaspoonMustard SeedFor seasoning
1MediumOnionSiced, For seasoning
 As RequiredSaltTo taste

Method

Clean the vegetables and cut them for cooking. In a vessel boil the vegetables and when done, make a seasoning of oil and sliced onion with mustard and add the cooked vegetables to it. You can add some scraped coconut if you like.  Add salt to taste.
