Sweet Potato Fried with Masala

Ingredients

Quantity: Measure: Ingredients: Description:
800 Grammes Sweet Potatoes  
1 Teacup Flour, Gram /Chana Ata or maida
A Little Chilly Powder, Red  
A Little Turmeric Powder  
A Little Cooking Oil  
A Little Salt to taste

Method

Scrape the skin and cut the sweet potatoes lengthwise into thin slices. Apply the following masala on both sides. And fry in oil.

Make a batter of maida or gram flour and chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt and water. Dip the slices in the batter and fry in oil or ghee, as an alternative choice.
