Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description
1000 Grammes Beef or Mutton Cut in long pieces, and cleaned.
10 Grammes Cardamoms  
10 Grammes Chillies, Red Dry  
250 Grammes Condensed Milk Malai or Nestle.
250 Grammes Curds  
20 Grammes Garlic To be ground
250 Grammes Ghee  
20 Grammes Ginger To be ground.
4 Nos Lime (fresh) Juice to be taken
250 Grammes Onions To be sliced.
3 Bits Turmeric/Haldi  

Method

Clean and cut the meat in long pieces. Heat the ghee, add three fourths of the sliced onions, with the ground garlic. Fry until brown, then remove. Fry the meat in the same ghee, until almost brown. Then add the ground ginger. Now fry the meat and ginger until brown. Add all the other ingredients, including the fried onions. Cook on a slow fire, until the meat is tender.
