Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description
1 Teacup Flour, Wheat - (Atta) To make chapatis
1 Tablespoon Cooking Oil  
1/2 Teacup Flour, Gram /Chana Ata For Stuffing
1.1/2 Teaspoon Chilly Powder, Red For Stuffing
1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Paste For Stuffing
3-4 Pinch Asafetida (Hing) For Stuffing
1/2 Teaspoon Jeera (Cumin Seeds) For Stuffing
1 Tablespoon Coriander Leaves (Kothmeer) For Stuffing - finely chopped
  As Required Ghee for frying`

Method

1.Knead the wheat flour for dough


For the stuffing

1. Mix the gram flour, chili powder, turmeric powder, asafetida, cumin seeds, and coriander leaves.
2.Take a lump of dough ,Roll, spread oil on the chapati and sprinkle some filling over it.
3. Tightly close from all the sides , Press and reroll to full size.
4.Now cook on a tava (Griddle) with Ghee (clarified butter) until light brown and serve hot.
