Method
Dilute the milk a little and heat it and mix cardamom powder and set itr aside.
Heat ghee in a thick pan or vessel and add gram flour and keep on stirring on low flame until the flour turns golden colour.
Then put the sugar in the pan and stir till it blends. Add the milk with cardamom to the mixture and stir preventing lumps from forming.. Mix the nuts and when the mixture leaves the sides of the pan, put the stove off and spread the mixture on a serving plate, and fut it into small squares for serving.
4. Keep on stirring the mixture until the mixture turns thick.
