Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
1, 1/2 Teacup Flour, Rice Combine
1/3 Teacup Flour, Gram /Chana Ata Combine
1 Tablespoon Jeera (Cumin Seeds) Combine
2 Teaspoon Chilly Powder, Red Combine
  As Required Salt To taste Combine
30 Grams Ghee Rub in
1 Teacup Coconut Milk - Thick Stir in the dough
  As Required Cooking Oil for deep frying

Method

Combine flour, jeera, chilly powder and salt in a bowl and rub in ghee. Make a well in the center and stir in enough coconut milk to form soft dough. If chakli form is not available, spoon dough into piping bag fitted with small star tube. Pipe five centimer dough directly into hot oil. Deep fry until golden brown and crisp. Remove with a performated ladle. Drain on absorbant paper.
