Method
Buy a whole broiler chicken. Cut, the legs, wings, and the body make two parts by cutting down the middle. Wash and keep aside, and wipe the meat.
Make curry paste out of the ingredients, with a little water, and vinegar if desired, and rub the paste on the meat pieces, and leave it in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours to marinade.
Apply vegetable shortening to the chicken parts and put them in the grill of the oven, and till well cooked.
Serve with any sauce.
