Method
In a pan, heat the cooking oil, and prepare the seasoning, by frying the ingredients. Then fry the pared and cubed potato pieces in it, add sambar powder and blend. Then add water, so that it reaches just above the ingredients, and cook it on a very low fire, and cover. the lid. And continue till the potatoes are cooked. You may sprinkle some water, and stir the potatoes to prevent the potatoes from getting burnt.
