Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description
1 Liter Milk  
1/2 Teacup Rava/Soji/"Semolina" "Chosi" in Bengali
1/2 Teacup Cocoa Powder Mix with "Chosi"
1/2 Teacup Sugar, Table To mix
1/2 Teaspoon Cardamom Powder To mix
8-10 Nos. Raisins To mix
1 Tablespoon Ghee  

Method

Heat ghee in a pan. Fry chosies in low flame in the ghee. Pour milk in the pan. When it starts boiling, lower the heat and stir continuously so that the bottom does not gets burnt. As the chosies gets boiled add sugar and raisins. When the mixture thickens sprinkle elaichi powder and remove from heat.
