Method
Break vermicelli into smaller bits and cook it in half liter milk and half liter water, with the scraping of 200 grammes jaggery. When the vermicelli is cooked, add the other half of the milk and bring it to a boil. Add cardamom powder, and put the stove off and allow to cool.
