Method
Cut and wash the meat and boil it in a little water.
Grind the masala.
Heat ghee in a vessel, and fry the sliced onion. Add the ground masala and stir fry till it turns brown. Add masala water, used for washing the mixer.
Add the boiled mutton, and tits broth.
Allow it to thicken, and add salt to taste. Simmer another five minutes, till you get a sufficiently thick curry.
