Method
Cut the ends of the onions, and peel them. Wash them in water,and wipe dry. Cut them in slices or rings.
Fry the onions in hot cooking oil, till they turn brown. Sprinkling a little sugar over the slices can help seed up the browning process. Add pepper and salt to taste.
